Karen's 411: Keeping A Foot In The Real World With iPhone App Limits

I've realized that spending too much time with my head down in the virtual world on my phone leads to me missing some really great things in the physical world around me.

My new awareness led to the discovery that I can set time limits for apps on my iPhone. Setting limits has helped me drastically reduce the amount of time I spend on my phone. For example, I set a limit of one hour for social media apps, and now my phone alerts me when I hit the one hour mark on these apps every day.

On iPhones you can set limits for apps in Settings > Screen Time > Downtime & App Limits.
